What to do if I have some specific requirements which needs some MIFOS customization?
In our offer we have also an additional technical support packages (available also to non-cloud customers):
- incident based: 8000$ per year for 8 support tickets with the possibility to buy additional 4 support tickets for 5000$. This support
package can be applied only to incidents.
- time based: 4500$ per year for 20 person-hours per month (where not-used hours cannot be used after the end of the month), with
additional work billed using hourly rate of 20$ per hour. This support package can be applied to any types of requests (questions, bugs,
enhancements, etc.)

Is the cost of implementation/training included in the monthly plan?
